You pay between 1% and 2.5% of each payment, depending on your monthly card volume and what you sell. There's no monthly fee, no setup cost and no fixed charge per payment.

For a standard business. Your rate falls as your volume grows, and we review it as you grow.

Businesses that take payment long before delivery, or see more disputes, carry more risk. The final rate always stays between 1% and 2.5%.

What's included in the rate?
The checkout page, payment links, the Pay button, the API and notifications, refunds through the dashboard, test mode and support. There's nothing else to pay us.
When is the fee taken?
The fee comes off each payment before it settles to your Teya account, so you never receive a separate invoice from us.
What happens to the fee when I refund?
The customer gets back the full amount of the refund. The original processing fee isn't returned.
